Inside My Quilting Studio

Quilting Stuido Pano-2

I am so excited to be sharing this post with you today!  Shortly after “remodeling” my studio last winter for the arrival of my new, bigger longarm, Heather of HK Power Studio contacted me to see if I would like to be part of her Inside the Studio series.  I asked for a few months so I could finish putting my studio back together, and by the time she had contacted me again I pretty much had everything where I wanted it.  The big blank wall behind the longarm is still not how I’d like it to be, but I am still undecided what I want to do back there.  For now it provides a place to hang quilts for photos after i’ve quilted for a client (Leann’s beautiful Moxie quilt is hanging in this photo, i’ll share more on that later).

I think you’ll notice my space is very clean.  Is it always like this?  Pretty much.  I could honestly snap a photo for you of the room at any given moment and it would look like this.  I am a very neat, and organized kind of person.  I hope you will take a few minutes to check out more photos from my quilting studio on Heather’s post, as well as read about how and why I organize my space.  You will also get a peek at my next quilt pattern!

I have a few more photos from the space that show my shelves in a little more detail.  I will be sharing those over on Flickr (shortly), and uploading them to Heather’s Flickr page where she will be sharing photos from all of her In The Studio posts.  I can’t wait for you to see my space!
