UPDATED AUG 2025!
This block features my original design for the Mountain Horizon Quilt by Lo and Behold Stitchery. Originally created in 2018 for The Mountain Horizon quilt, it’s featured on the pattern quilt.
Files now include newly updated 2025 version to work with the updated release of the pattern. You will get both the original version and newer version, which has a slightly larger sun area from the original.
BONUS! Also included is an E2E version of the pattern for use on other quilts! I highly recommend using the block when quilting the Mountain Horizon’s quilt, but the E2E version is a great all over pattern for other quilts!
This block design is a single block to be placed and does not connect to the block next to it. If using on the Mountain Horizon Quilt, I placed it within the border of the block leaving about 1/8 inch away from the seam of the block.
